Best options for coffee drinkers who like it light and sweet?

Q. I consume coffee on a regular basis and I probably won’t stop anytime soon. What are the best/worst things to use as creamer and sweetener? Milk? Soy Milk? Non-Dairy Creamer (powder or liquid)? Sugar? Sugar substitute? Seeing as I’m going to be consuming these on a daily basis, I want to make the best (or least bad) choices.
